Hello all! I found this forum by Googling for help with a mouse issue. I have a form of Palsy that affects the control of my finger movements. I have no problem controlling my right-index finger that I use for my left-mouse button. But my middle finger is always accidentally opening the context menu by clicking the right mouse button. What I need to do is configure the right-mouse button to only open the context menu when it is double clicked.

I read the instructions on many of the third party mouse configuring apps mentioned on this website, but none seem to offer this option.

    Does anyone have a suggestion?

    Thanks in advance!

I don't know anything that you asked for. Instead, you could increase the sensitivity of the mouse so that you need to click hard to get the action done. It will affect left click as well though.

Thanks, I have tried this and it seems to make no difference. I would really like to configure a double-click for the right button. I was hoping for a registry solution, maybe?
