i am am in the process of trying to pick items to wire my home w/ ethernet in the hope to limit wifi as much as i can.
my issue is i am having trouble picking gear.i know i need wired to 12 spots now 24 would be nice to have for growth.
i am not going to have any wall plugs as i plan to move i a few years (hope). most if not all of the spots i would need wires to
go have small holes in the corners of the rooms for wire (i didnt do it it was there) so im good for a temp setup i do think.
    but what do i need?
can anybody help with the picking of parts? i do need to keep this sort of cheap but i do understand it aint that cheap to do.
i do use amazon and mono price is ok. i am in the usa if it matters.
ask and i well tell if you need info....and thanks for any help!

You don't need to have wall plugs or even drilling holes in the corners of the rooms for the wires.

What I currently use to limit WiFi and use Ethernet instead is Powerline.
In Amazon, there are Powerline with up to 4 ports, but if that is not enough, you can easily extend it with another switch/hub.
